Wooden steady walkways

Walkways made of pressure-treated wood M-4, treated against algae and fungus, with AQC (arsenic free preservative). Soft green color.

Fixations are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, appropriate for marine climates.

Made with Spanish products, undergo a quality control which consists of putting aside the crossbars with defects and the ones with big knots to avoid any breaking risk when the wood dries up and becomes weak on those points.

Supplied in the desired sizes. The standard one is in 1.20 m wide x 1.15 m long units. Its width (1.20 m) allows a wheelchair to spin comfortably. Its weight (25 kg) allows to be managed by only one person.

Crossbars are polished and rounded to avoid damage to the bathers. They are 9.50 cm wide with a gap between them of 1 cm. So, it is impossible to introduce toes or crutches on them.

Specially designed to walk over them in wheelchair, as well as crutches, prams, so that they are totally functional for all kind of beach users.

Each walkway unit has 3 joists underneath (7.5 cm) to give stability. Also, these joists are the support to maintain the walkway a distance high from the floor (10 cm). So, there is a place where the sand remains, and walkway is always clean. In this way, it also avoids the walkway to sink on the sand.

In long sections, cross points can be made or even fix one walkway to the other (optional). 

They fit perfectly on the ground, and if any vehicle has to go through the zone where walkways are placed, it is only necessary to take out 2 or 3 units.
